Is there a way to get the turbo whistle without buying the whole turbo kit?

I would like to get my car makes a whistle Turbo equipment, but i dont have large amounts of money to buy the complete kit. IAM is not seeking the return oi nothing like the sound it makes, is there any way of get this sound?
