How much power would be 15 watt mini light fluoro world use about an hour?

It says '50-60 Hz, 100 mA in the light globe. Not really sure what that means, but if you know how much power it would use would be very appreciated:)

Watts is the basic unit power measurement. A 15-watt lamp would use 015 kWh of energy every hour. It would take about 66 hours to use 1 KWH. If the lamp is one old-fashioned incandescent type power can also be calculated by multiplying the voltage of the current. The same does not apply to mini fluoroscopy because the current is drawn from the network in bursts rather than continuously. Here in the States a 15-watt CFL would like to have a number of 200 mA (dual) because our power line voltages are 120 instead of 240. Don
