Water Wind
What do the trees by water, wind, air and topography?

I'm doing my biology homework, go figure, and I really I need to know how trees affect the wind, air, water and topography. Then I need to know how air and topography affect trees. Stupid Crap. : D

The tree uses different systems or body parts to the adaptation of a certain environment. For example. The tree that grows in a condition desert have leaves and leaves less thick (adaptive to conserve water and minimize evaporation) throws roots deep to find water. affects air trees, if there is too much wind in the trees that cases tend to be less entrenched and wide to withstand the wind. (eg coconut trees on the sea side)
