Anyone else wonder what the Dragon Ball universe would be like if the Saiyans not become extinct?

I doubt I'm the only one thinking this, but I really wanted to know what would happen if the Saiyans did not fly through the air? Other then topple Taking freiza and ground (highly unlikely, but possible). And, of course, we would enter the Saiyans Women mixture.

someone told me that saiyans "feminine," like men. I forgot where I heard that, from, however.
