How to travel 'light', but still be stylish in Berlin?

I'm going to Berlin and I've only been once before. I'm going for a week, but I want to travel light but I have no idea how light travels? I also want to look pretty and elegant when I'm there, but I'm almost a jeans and T-shirt and girl always wear a scarf because I have a mole / freckle that I do not like as outlined charges against my pale skin.
