How can I ensure a tiki torch next to my terrace?

I saw torches connected to the outside of the decks before, but I'm not sure how is secured tightly to the outside. What kind of clip or belt is used to keep upright, even in high winds?



Clamps hose, depending on the diameter of the support cover? Or there's always zip ties - can be chained together to make the time you need.
