My HP Officejet J5750 does not feed the Premium Plus photo paper (thickness). Any solution?

I have a HP Officejet J5750 and have no premium injection more ink photo paper. The paper not feed through rollers. I think it's too thick for regular feeding. I tried to find the manual way of eating, but can not find the check box or whatever in the instruction manual or software. Anyone have this problem and find a solution? Thank you.

Hello Friend U have mentioned the response in question UR UR Office jet photo printer not to print on premium IJ Yes glossy photo paper is too thick for regular feeding, photo printers are manufactured with heavy rollers to pick up easily on heavy paper Jet ur office as rubber rollers built to collect the papers mild, such as bonds and executives, and so on. if ur still trying to print on photo paper thickness ur not doing anything, but ur close to destroying the printer UR ... kindly do not care is complete .. ..
