Which listed the new manufacturers of high-tech batteries are good speculation?

Which listed the new battery manufacturers high-tech speculation right? Hello, I have looked in shares of companies of various batteries, including those mentioned in Tidalforce Goggle Group (forum) but do not like neither Electrovaya ABAT. Large Japanese companies like Panasonic are possibilities. Anyone have comments about the company that the battery can become a "Xerox" values? (Xerox is said to have appreciated about 60,000 percent).
