What are my options with a large coil burner stove?

I have a stove (range) with 4 heating elements of the coil (burners) that connects the kitchen with two points each. Can these be replaced by the surface of a "solid" burner? They are solid surface burners better? Are there options for replacing modern coil-type burners without replacing the stove?

The best way to get an answer to this question is go to a repair shop authorized by the manufacturer of the stove. I am very sure that in exchange for the elements of the heating coil to a solid surface impossible to do, unless I had more money to spend on the conversion sure what you need to buy a new one.
