Why does my water heat storage water heater in one of my bathrooms?

water supply from the kitchen with hot water, my second bathroom with hot water, but my first bathroom has hot water, helping someone with this mysterious problem. The storage water heater was replaced by an identical unit 2 months ago, and this problem has been there since installation. Why is the heat of the water everywhere else? but not in this room Bathing? im confused, plzzzzz help if you can. Thanks
