When I change the boot earrings, if I swap it with those who are of stainless steel?

I have my ears pierced today and I want to wear earrings different to tomorrow night's game. They told me to use my nails as a starter in 6 weeks, but I wonder if I can buy some rhinestones and others with stainless steel base, and sprinkle with the cleaning stuff they gave me, I could use for a couple of hours tomorrow night to party and then switch back when you get home without holes that are infected or decreasing? Thanks
