What would you suggest as a starter emergency jump?

300 amperes is adequate emergency backup power? What do you think Starters you Black and Decker? If you suggest another brand, please explain why. Thank you very much.

Unless you have an almost permanent need for some reason, as the first response when the man is in the business, I see no justification for throwing one around while the battery slowly within get closer to needing replacement. A pair of long connecting cables, for times when it's really hard to get another car nearly takes up less space and requires less maintenance. And a compact charger 12V 6A help if you leave the lights on and run down the batteries.
