Sport Ozark Trail 9'x8 'Dome Tent question?

I'm on a school trip to Cathedral Lakes in September and wondered how the 9'x8 Ozark Trail Sports Dome tent would hold if Weatherproof

Yep yep! I have two of them. I use and what kids do. I mean, not climbing Everest with him or anything, but for the price and weight can not go wrong for only a general, run of the camp facility. I have used all year and for the price I have no complaints. I have a waterproof tent, but have not had problems with leaks. If this is a serious back packing trip would be a better store which is lighter and better built as one sold by REI.
