Ideas for a history of spine Tingler?

I have no idea what I should write for a spine tingler. I want something realistic but not very bloody. I had this idea of children being trapped in a school and their worst fears come to haunt them ... But that was just a little strange, or I do not know. Any idea?

I think that's a great idea! How about a lockout in the situation? Still no lock-ins on these days? They used to - children could arrive safely in a church or school gym at night, like a giant slumber party. They had an escort to make sure that nothing bad past and to help avoid fights, but otherwise just outside the security to make sure no one tried to enter Perhaps a lock-in would be a good scenario!
