How not to know the time in space affect sleep patterns of astronauts?

When in space, astronauts can not say what time is what I know pattern.Do affecting their sleep to get enough sleep? Do they sleep?

same as those of us who were submarines ... sleep when you can. Thos astronauts are so busy there, that when given the chance to sleep, I'm sure it takes, no matter what time it is assumed that should be.
