Roadtrip grill back together?

We recently acquired a Roadtrip grill, and that can be folded for easy storage and transport. However, when put together, the attraction seems to be driving on the wrong side of the closing lid is open due to gravity. Does anyone else have this problem? Did you communicate with Coleman? Did you do anything? The only thing is to put the wheels together with screws that supply and pull the slide handle. There is no way that consumers put back together.
