Does anyone else have problems with Pelican 7060 flashlight?

When I got my Pelican 7060 LED flashlight would not be free. I contacted service customer, a factory establishment failed load of screws too tight, and to back out a couple of laps. We did and it worked. Recently, however, the light just stops working unless you turn the cap back, but if you turn too much going for himself. Then a button stopped working. What about this lantern?

I've had mine for almost a month and have no problems. If I had your problems, I sent back. If you found cover holder that fits let me know. On our local distributor has not big enough.
