Pumpkin Oat Milk Bath
1 cup powdered milk
1 / 2 cup baking soda

2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Mix all ingredients in a blender until the consistency of fine powder. Pour the contents into an airtight container. Add 1 / 2 cup mixture to hot bath water.
