What is the best pocket sized digital camera and camcorder combo?

I'm trying to find something more than 8 megapixels and zoom optical over 12 can also take with video. Video is the main reason and pocket size to carry anywhere you go. Also I would like the guy who does not have to replace the batteries. Thank you.
