Cleaning a Farberware coffee percolator?

I have a Farberware coffee ... stainless steel. It has a lot to build, as oil ... What is the best way to clean it?

Cleaning a coffee pot If the coffee always comes out weak or bitter, it's likely that your coffeemaker needs cleaning. Fill the jar with 2 cups of white vinegar and 1 cup water. Place a filter in the machine and pour the solution into the water chamber in the brewer. Turn the coffeemaker and allow it run through a complete preparation cycle. Remove the filter and replace it with a new one. Then run clean water through the machine for two cycles complete, replace the filter again for the second beer. If you have soft water, clean your coffeemaker after 80 cycles of development - after 40 cycles, if you have hard water. Good Luck!
