Why does everyone have the keyboard of his goalie straps so loose?

I like mine, very hard, but I wonder what's the benefit of having to lose? And what is bad to have tight?

Them loose to make it easier to rotate while the platform is in the butterfly (assistance to the platform to go perpendicular to the ice). Ultimately, it is a matter of choice. Please keep 'em tight helps stop pills ... stick with it.
