Is it worse for your health if you smoke 1 or 2 unfiltered cigarettes per day for a whole packet filtering?
I'm trying to quit, but I can not to do it "cold Turkey". I found that I can smoke a lot less if I pulled my filter cigarettes (one pair per day). Am I doing things even worse now than when I smoked a pack of + / day What filter?
The filters are there only to mislead to think that cigarettes are safer, study after study has shown that they have no health benefits whatsoever.
