Pack Away

Although the truly troubled by the fall did not really begin until the end of October for most people, I will not be shot during the summer in the coming months. So take this time to store, save or organize summer items and clothing, souvenirs, photos, etc. It is also a good time to change some of his habits and his family "vacation" mode to "normal" mode.
Summer items and clothing
A Once summer is over, is it really necessary to keep the beach towels, inflatable rafts and water slides out? If you're one of those people who live where the climate and lifestyle accommodates these things all year, this section does not apply to you. For the rest of us, who have distinct seasons, we really need to clean and pack these things until next year. The same goes for summer clothes. Ask yourself before you save if you intend to wear the clothes of the year next. Also, check things for children, even fit in the time next summer comes around. If not, why take up storage space? Donate or dispose of it now.
Memories and Photos
People often return from summer vacation with memories of his days. Who wants to face the underdeveloped rolls of film, bottles filled with beach sand and shells, and numerous brochures, ticket stubs and receipts of summer attractions in October? Do not put it off.
Back to "Normal"
During the summer, many of us tend to get lazy in a variety of fronts. Sing the mantra of "I'm on vacation!" We eat less healthy, we stayed up late and sleep later, postponing tasks, more casual dress, they exercise less (except for children who probably exercise more!), and spent much leisure (DVD rentals, movies, games, shops, Internet, etc.) that we usually do.
While some of these things can be translated into our everyday lives without any visible problem, many of these habits are not healthy for an extension until the autumn. In fact, several of those that I mentioned have a horrible circular effect. We eat less healthy foods so we have less energy. Therefore, not much exercise and watch more TV. Because the sugar and caffeine, which end up staying late and have trouble getting in the morning. We feel sluggish, slow and not up to par during the day, so they consume more caffeine and sugar and set out to do more of what to do and so on.
It's a dangerous cycle to enter. The next thing you know, your house is a total ruin and that have become a couch potato with little or no desire to do nothing and live little joy in the process. It is perfectly to "take a vacation." The key is not to take it to excess.
Get ready to "fall" in the upcoming season
Even what is packing away the summer is a good time to start preparing what you need for fall. I will not be surprised by the first bad storm of the season or the day really good first. Start making arrangements now to turn off air conditioning and turn on the furnace or heater. Make sure your car is ready for the fall. Things as the windshield wipers can be dried with the heat of summer and may collapse during the first downpour leaving struggling to see through his windscreen. Unpacking Begin, ventilating and cleaning your fall clothing and bedding, while checking to see if they are obsolete or unserviceable. Just doing some of these things early can save a lot of coding later, allowing for once, instead of fully enjoying the season.
