What are your thoughts on a national emergency, honest answers?

consider the effect of the attacks on 9-11, Katrina on the Gulf Coast many of which still lies in ruins, I'm curious about your thoughts on this stage as a disruption of infrastructure, loss of power generation, water loss, corruption of chilled foods and canned food unavailability (or type of emergency rations ERM due to distribution problems) the cause of the infra-structure does not matter damage, earthquakes, storms and massive nation wide assault terror, what do you feel would be the actions of people and a government response

I think the crisis we just can not handle is an issue that the public does not see.The I see as the major emergency is that we ourselves are on the brink of another civil war.I know this sounds crazy, but I've said many times that little by little as a nation, is turning on us, as statesmen again.The most people no longer see the federal government as a government work and statesmen is once again that we are still alone.As to fight for our elected leaders and the ability to ignore the crimes committed by the latter. rather than push ourselves toward another major war
