Where can I buy online a flashlight LED head in the way both white and blue mode - no need green and red?

Where can I Buy online LED flashlight head in the way both white and blue mode - no need green and red. Can only be found with red filters, or R / B / G LED.

Why you need a blue filter? Red filters are used because they are not "blind" or affect your night vision, as a white light in the dark.
