Why girls in the school is super mini skirts?

Even in super cold weatring boys track pants and sweaters, but girls are really carrying the mini-skirt, not only do it for attention?

Because we like to look cute. Actually, that's the only reason I can think of. Not that school girls are slutty or anything, it's just that we want is attractive, and, hey, if the skirt shows legs, why not? I I love my mini skirts.
