Metal Led
What property of metals led to the use of plastic or wooden handles many metal cookware? Explain plz.?

Explains itself.

All metals are good conductors of heat. Copper is a very good conductor of heat and is, therefore, for the kitchen of Pan bases. Unfortunately, Copper is also a soft metal and therefore does not make for a good stiff Pan handle. Stainless steel and aluminum is also used to make molds and can be formed in rigid handles, but also conduct heat and therefore are very hot. However, the cook should be able to collect the hot pan without burning kitchen his hand (s) and thus non-heat-conducting materials are used for the handle. Wood and rigid plastics are poor conductors of heat and are therefore ideal as pan handles.
