Why some people have no medical equipment?

I'm trying to save money when it comes to buying my first horse, and I'll have my horse addressed, but I still feel like I should not skimp on the medical department. My horse's welfare is the first I believe. However, many people have no a team of doctors equine / equine medicine cabinet. Why?

I agree! I wonder why people buy horses without knowing what to feed them, or not to feed them. Or why are reproduced below, ask what to feed your horse. Or buy a green horse and when they think they can be trained, and yet have never trained before ..... Then they wonder why it is more terrible habits. I wonder the same thing! Often.
