Can a man be a horrible person who won five local pregnant women in less than a month?

Can a man be a horrible person who obtained local five pregnant women in less than a month? The two women he had consensual sex. This is not the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand. The man in this country only to see that children with the consent of the mothers and do not deal with the family court.

Well, not necessarily a bad person if she had sex with him. He is very irresponsible, though, not to wrap the gut.
