Led Ultraviolet
No UV / LED color fading caused by ultraviolet light or rapid deterioration of the plastic?

I have some LED lighting in a part of the room, especially some plastic figures, to cause some trippy effects. But the damage caused by exposure to the elements on the long-term exposure? What about Blue LED? They contain UV and small streams, right? If so, is there anything I can do to make it safer?

In general, LEDs produce a single frequency of light - are solid state lasers, on the road. If you can see, there should be NO UV emitted by them. In other words, LEDs are broad spectrum emitters. They are extremely narrow-band transmitters, usually a single frequency, as I said. Plastcs can have different reactions to different frequencies of light depending on what they are. If the plastic is fine for indoor use (it says on the lable most of the time), any LED can see that no damage. Ron.
