What are the latest LED flashlights out there?

A friend of mine let me borrow his unerring flashlight led him to take camping. It was awesome. Small, light, strong, very bright and waterproof. I know surefire expensive. But are they the best? Are there other companies doing the same or better LED flashlights? Cheaper? The main thing is I want them to have to be tough, reliable, bright and waterproof. A lifetime warranty, or better would be impressive, and it appears that most if not all, safe flashlights come with one.

I'ma big fan of the lanterns secure! I also have a AA Maglite 3 Watt. It gets out a great light, but it is temperamental at times - the battery, contacts, only a few days I will. More light is a good size with a good reflector, and good put. My complaint is that it takes two hands to turn it on and you can not get the accessory switch. Pelican lights are very good too - unconditional lifetime warranty, very durable, go with the LED that others can quickly drain batteries.
