Br30 Indoor Reflector bulbs last only two weeks?

I hope you can help me. We use br30 reflector lamps covered at work. That only last about 2 weeks. We are replacing about 24 bulbs every two weeks. We have tried different brand of bulbs, but dose not seem to matter. Do you have any suggestions as to be wrong. One of my kids thought that the light fittings of my being, not making good contact with the bulbs. Or maybe electrical surges? But we were not sure what to do about it. What are incandescent bulbs (regular screw in type) on the roof and looks like a globe
