Tyouda Madhyamic Vidyalaya is funded by the local government school for children in grades 1-7. Its main function is to educate the curriculum school-based governance Nepal and guidelines. This placement needs volunteers to help teach English, and hear and practice English people who have English as their mother tongue is invaluable for students of Nepal.

Volunteers can help by doing the following tasks:

Teaching English to students within the range of grade 1-10. Teaching Mathematics and Science would also be very appreciated and valuable to the school. Organize and participate in games or sports holidays school. This placement does not need volunteers for the month of March and December

Volunteers with The following skills are preferred for this position:

Educational Games

Volunteers are preferable to be atience p, public speaking, open and creative, with strong experience / knowledge of the English language and background teachers. At least a high school diploma and preferably some education from the University.

Location description

Kathmandu is situated in a valley where you can see the peak of the Himalayas at the foot hills first thing in the morning while the fog lifts. With an interesting mix of old and new you may find yourself caught in the hectic city traffic, honking horns and department stores with branded products in a moment, and then turn around and step back in time were only bicycles and cows travel and the purchase is made in the traditional outdoor markets
