can someone tell me what extactly will happen when I take my road test and test Vela preinspection?
im paying a company $ 500 to borrow there cdl truck to pass my road test, if not, once I pay $ 250 to once again ask that they give me 3 hours to review practices and roadtime briefly the previous inspection. I read the book and see the manual goes through a lot and it seems I need more "brief" tutorial on preinspection ... could someone tell me the very key elementsi have to know and what I have to wait in the road test? A breakdown of how the pre-INSP. test will be. Will I have to check all liquids? discuss each suspension part / component and say what should be there or not so affected? How could I be penalized? if I did not mention an attribute, as if I dont say "tires should not be broken or worn out" and I 4GET mention "arguments do not show, etc.? I to fail? I need a break down cuz i dont want to lose $ Over and over again. since it is an approval or disagree. any help would be good ... videos ... notes no thanks
My suggestion to you is practice, practice, practice .... before spending your hard earned cash. The examiner has a sheet with all things in him that are in the book. You will have to be repetitive ... brakes, battery, tires, Lugnuts, etc ... on each axis. You do not have to prove to everyone, but Needless to say it will be checked, and why. You can group things together in tandem axles .... as shafts ... or a trailer tandems .... but when reach the other side of the truck, be sure to mention it would be checking all these things in this part that you mentioned on the other side ... as .. (etc. etc, etc ...) The examiner wants to know who has a working knowledge of the truck ... and components to be inspected. Do not skip from one place to another ... because you'll forget of things .... Start in one place ... every time ... and the work of a system that works for you. Personally, I can start the spoon handle behind the door of drivers and fighting my way to work around the truck left, top to bottom. If you use your eyes to put your mouth on the way, do not forget anything and when I return around the truck that was carrying handle ... to be carried out .... and hopefully will not have lost anything. If you have a truck driving school in your area, talk to them about the tests. They will give a good deal for the use of the truck and its "third" examiner. You may find it cheaper to go that way to try to "rental" of a company truck. Good luck .... and do not worry ... if you are prepared ... will happen!
