Inova Microlight

Can someone help me fix my Inova Microlight Broken?

I recently bought a keychain White Inova Microlight, worked perfectly until recently only stopped working. The batteries are new and the bulb is either [tested elsewhere inova] Could it be the / Switch chip inside? Can someone tell me how can I fix this? Thank you.
