Inflating Air

Is it normal to find inflating air in the cheeks until it makes a sound addictive crack?

I fill with air on my cheeks until they are soo much air ans on the cheek and not hear a cracking Sound in my ear. it feels so good, but I'm trying to quit smoking. Elso has anyone done this or have any information I'm told. I know the air is inflated Bein slaliva in my parotid gland duct in my ..
