Hydration Pack

How can I drink from a hydration pack?

I just bought a hydration pack of Denali. No instructions with it and tried of biting and sucking, but not work.It also has a thing that says turn to open, I twisted it and did nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

HYDRATE IS A liquid or powder? SI is a liquid MAYBE YOUR ready to drink, but if it is a powder then theres THAT NEED TO PREPARE A WATER additional and Dissolution of the solution or you can also add flavor in your own choice
