What is the most effective way to clean the water tank of a package tour Camelbak?

I use something I already have in my house. . . sol'n I use a bleach or vinegar? I have not used in over a year and I do not think very well cleaned and dried the last time I used it (I see some mold or something). So is the best way to clean / wash the tube???

I had the same problem. Just pour in some bleach diluted and let sit for several minutes. then pour the bleach and rinse with water several times. let the bleach solution passing through the tube by pinching and let it flows. even the slow flow clean properly.
