Headlight Headlamp

Is the 1997 Honda Accord headlight headlamp plastic or glass?

I live in the UK, and wanted to know this because I want to de-oxidize the lighthouse, but I do not know quite what to do. If someone can tell me what products are safe to use, it would be much appreciated. Thanks is advance

If they are rusted are plastic. I want to do the same with my '99 Civic. Are nebula like rust and remove the fog. I have used Meguiar's products in the past for such things. I will try their Mirror Glaze Medium Cut Cleaner to remove it. It must have enough cutting power to remove it. Http: / / www.meguiars.co.uk/
