Headlight Fishing

I have a 03celica, and I'm fishing for light bulbs, low beam headlight on my car .. The only thing is that I need either?

bulb.tha capture blue or white is that my dealer said that the bulbs burning Aftermarket electric wiring, etc, etc. How can I avoid all these burnouts and still get the color I want the headlights? and How do I know w / c will not hurt bulbs w / c they are not? UCH and thanks for all you help. Wonderin's response: where wer u on taliking blue bulb burn hotter and faster .. that only concerns the right bulb? the wiring should not have any problem or should not be affected? .. Also, while the bulb supports the power of my wiring support then everything should be okay?

Wonderin is correct. Use of light bulbs definitely higher voltage burns (or some would say "short"), its cables. seen many people, which sets a higher wattage light bulbs in their cars and made a lot of mechanical noise when the wires to burn.
