Hard Anodized

What is "Hard Anodized" mean? and hard anodized pans you recommend? ?

I am currently in the process of choosing new pots and pans. I saw a Rachel Ray Hard Anodized 10 PC set that I like but do not know how to work hard anodized pans. Can you use metal utensils? I have a T-Fal cookware set, but the coating is scraped.

Some cookware that comes with any type of coating is best avoided, I do not care what say, will be nil and exit. If not, I strongly recommend that you look for in getting a cast iron skillet. You can cook almost anything in them, and they not have any coating.
