What is the best season 4 2-3 person tent, it's not too expensive!?
I've been looking at tents lately.I'm not too experienced with camping and would like an opinion on the tents of someone who has experience. I've been thinking of getting the 2xt Eureka Alpenlite. Any suggestions?
I guess its good if you are not worried about weight ... tent 7 pounds and Eureaka makes me cringe! does things decent. The poles are probably Aluminum and the fly is dropped ... those are the two main points you want in the season 4 tent. That's what makes a tent season 4. Fiberglass poles become brittle in extreme cold weather and can break or fracture while the installation of carp in cold conditions. The fly is dropped the protection of the entire store. You also want to find a bathtub floor is ideal. This means that there are no seams in the middle of the word. I have a design clip flashlight Sierra is a lot lighter than your tent, but not so large, but includes a lobby and not independent, ie you have to play out to rest. However, I have not used in a tent about 5 years. I have a Hennessy Hammock. It has a large fly and mosquito net. Also you can not dump it due to the lie that runs on top of it. To get there is a split in one end of the hammock, which is held closed by Velcro. You body weight Actually the stamps out there and have to remove the separation of Velcro or a kick in the foot through it. I use rain, sun, or snow. I have not had a problem yet. It's super light ... a little over 2 pounds ... and thats not the lightest model. And that creates it take just a minute, literally. If you're in the woods not hard to find 2 trees. With a tent you have to avoid rocks, roots, sticks, brush and find the ground level. Not a problem with this hammock ... check it out.
