Eco-Friendly?

I want to start an eco-friendly car wash without water. What exactly does that eco-friendly when it comes to products cleaning. Is it eco-friendly silicone. Is there a list of chemicals that are organic? And if something is biodegradable, does that mean it is friendly environment?

"Eco Friendly" is not a clear concept and can offer many different definitions. My preferred definition would be activity that is environmentally sustainable, as no excessive use of resources to the detriment of the ecological system prevailing. Any chemical - such as water or silicon - not is in itself damaging its ecological to the extent that the use of this chemical ecology distort their environment. For example, a car wash water based can not be as harmful if not used a detergent harmful and collect small amounts of natural and sustainable water obtained.
