Dual Burner

How do I burn a DVD with a professional-looking dual-layer burner?
I'm trying to record some video footage on a DVD, but I having a professional-looking menus and chapters. I'm trying to adjust what you can about these films and I have a dual layer burner. Is there some type of disc you need or DVD-R standard work? The program I use is Nero.
A "professional looking" DVD has nothing to do with the type of disc. If you want to burn dual-layer, then you have to buy dual layer discs (8.7 stores? GB versus 4.7 GB single layer). However, the disks are more expensive and can be more profitable to simply use several single-layer discs especially if you already have some around. Nero is not a bad program for the generation menu, but really has no options. So if you want the menu look very good eyes, you have to go out and buy a dedicated DVD authoring software (but most packages come with video editing software and can not be found separately).
