Cycling Backpack

What kind of cycling backpack is this?

I saw this roll top bag that wasn't chromium. It was black, not with a clear plastic sheet in the middle sure if the top roll is the name the same way, but what this bag is called? Or brand?

Not enough to pass. My guess would be he saw a package of hydration (water bag in a backpack). They are widely used by cyclists mounbtain to enable them (and access) of water while traveling in the rough.
