New bedding in different colors, light and dark can I wash together?

I like to mix and match things, and we recently purchased bedding new. The sheets and pillow cases are blue and green duvet cover is a dark brown (I bought awseome cushions are all colors together and goes very well with our room, as I said I love to mix and match), then it is time to wash the first time. Do you think it's OK if I throw them all in the wash, at the same time? Is the dark color of the duvet sheet light bleed? Will I have to wash them seperatly first time or always, or even at all? I use tide and no softeners cloth or anything else. Just wondering. Thanks for you input and help! To keep the colors of their "true" and then wash separetely. Just save yourself the grief of a "Oh, no! "and take precautions. He seems to like the colors of the way so do not mess with it. Good luck and enjoy your newly decorated room!
