Coleman Lantern

My Coleman lantern will not burn bright. Why?

I have a Coleman lantern model 275 that is not very bright. I put in a new generator, but that does not solve the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

In addition to what the other 2 posted, I might be good to make a disassembly and cleaning. Not the kind of rotation of the cleaning of the lever, but the parts soaking in denatured alcohol carbuerator or a cleaner. I had made a spider web / egg sac in line after the generator, which took me forever to find and correct.
