Earlier this year, Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac Green became a partner of Plymouth Rock Studios. So, itâ € ™ s probably not a surprise that the winner of Tracy € ™ s driven by students in January is from Plymouth North High School € ™ s Green Team.

The Plymouth North High School Green Team is a group of students and teachers working on ways to conserve energy and projects beautify the North Campus. Group A ™ € s first initiative, the assembly and installation of isolation units in the windows of the school has helped save Plymouth North around $ 400 in heating costs during the month of December.

To help celebrate this achievement and students' efforts in making North Plymouth € â € œgreenerâ operation, Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac treated Green team members to a pizza party. Students and faculty recognized for his work with the Green Team are: Edwin Pena, John Coughlin, Lauren Foley, Rose Kelly, Derrell Elliott, and Sean McNulty (students), Mario Cedrone, Don Ivas, Mike Bastonin, Emerson Coleman (teachers).

â € œChevrolet and Cadillac, have made a very conscious effort to build hybrid vehicles and other cars with greater fuel efficiency to reduce emissions that can harm the environment. So, itâ € ™ s fitting that we give the â € ~ Driven Stúdenta € ™ award at Plymouth North € ™ s Green Team, the folks who are doing their part to make more green Plymouth, â € said Jeff Tracy, president of Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac.

Tracy Chevrolet Cadillac € ™ s student-driven program recognizes students from Plymouth High School for their performance and achievements in and outside the classroom. Awarded on a monthly basis, recipients are selected by teachers and counselors in the Student ™ € s given school.
