Fit an American standard replacement gas mask in a bowl Soviet GP5 Gas Mask?

I have a mask GP5 Soviet gas, with a boat. The package has expired and is no longer useful, he wanted to buy a new one, but the boats are not in SLAE GP5 more. Is the replacement America fit in it or not, and if they do not easily accessible adapter?
