Camping Tent

What type of tent is good for 8 people? High temperatures and sand at the camp site should be light.?

We are planning travel to our campsite by air, so it can not be too heavy. Come to 5 people so I'm looking tent for 8 people. Any advice?

Hello! I have a big family and when we do, our large peaceful camping trips, we always use our 8-person 2-room tent. The best I have found (and the best deal out there, in my opinion) is the Columbia Cougar Flats II. It is a 15 'x 10' dome tent with two rooms and space for up to eight people - although in my view, eight people would be terribly close there. I say six max, which sounds perfect for you. Use the Gobe drying system for keep all the moisture it rains - probably not much moisture in the desert, so you're fine there. He has a track recorded polyester sewing flying with a waterproof layer as well. The framework is a hybrid of steel and fiberglass that I found to be very durable and long lasting (this baby bear the abuse of my family for many many travel far). It is spacious, but has plenty of storage pockets and bags, hanging cup holders, cupboards and a loft for hanging art. Be sure to do plenty of research to find a tent that fits is the best, but definitely would be my recommendation. It worked for me and my family.
